GNC is expanding its virtual healthcare service, GNC Health, to offer low cost and convenient care to customers. Membership plans for individuals and families are available via three tiers: Basic, Plus and Premier.
The health and wellness retailer initially rolled out free healthcare services to members of its paid loyalty program, GNC Pro Access, in June 2023. Customers who initially enrolled in GNC Health through this program will continue to receive the Basic membership plan offerings, with the option to upgrade to a higher tier.
GNC Health is designed to support various health and wellness needs through free and convenient virtual medical appointments with board-certified doctors. Members will also have access to free shipping and prescription medications at a $0 copay, plus an up to 80% discount on thousands of other medications at retail pharmacies nationwide.

Each tier includes different levels of healthcare access and benefits, including:
- Basic ($34.99/year for individuals)
- Free virtual urgent care
- Free virtual lifestyle care
- More than 100+ $0 prescription medications
- Plus ($9.99/month for individuals, $29.99/month for families)
- Free virtual urgent care
- Free virtual lifestyle care
- More than 400 $0 prescription medications
- Free virtual primary care
- Family access for to up to six immediate family members in the same household
- Premier ($39.99/month and $59.99/month for families)
- Free virtual urgent care
- Free virtual lifestyle care
